This piece starts with a gorgeous multi-layer flower in shades of blue, ranging from an icy, minty blue, to almost lavender on the outer petals.  The center of the flower is a brown bottle cap tat features an oh-so-graceful teddy bear ballerina, wearing a rainbow colored tutu, and surrounded by pastel flowers.

The flower is attached to a metal clip, and measures approximately 3-7/8" diameter.
